摘要
就三种不同冶炼炉的马氏体时效硬化不锈钢锻件试样,分别同炉进行电炉、真空炉的热处理工艺试验,比较真空热处理对组织性能均匀性的影响。采用力学性能测试试验,金相显微组织检验,扫描电镜的高倍组织检验和断口形貌分析。得出结论:真空热处理的力学性能的均匀性较普通电炉处理的具有明显的改进,屈服强度的均匀性提高了25.6%,抗拉强度提高了50%,布氏硬度提高了17%,对于不同化学成分组焊在一起的工件,提高力学性能的均匀性具有重要意义,可以大幅提高该类工件力学性能的一次合格率。
The martensite age-hardening stainless steel forgings of three different smelting furnaces were carried out the heat treatment process tests by the electric furnace and the vacuum furnace, respectively. The metallographic microstructure was examined, SEM high magnification microstructure inspection and fracture morphology analysis were performed. The analysis concludes that the uniformity of the mechanical properties of the vacuum heat treatment was significantly improved than that of the general electric furnace treatment with the uniformity of yield strength increased by 25.6%, tensile strength increased by 50%,and Brinell hardness increased by 17%. It was important for different chemical composition welding part to improve the uniformity of properties and it could highly increase the one time qualification rate of mechanical properties.
