终身学习视域下的高校新入职教师培训模式创新探析——以“高校新入职教师国培示范项目”为例

The Training Mode Innovation Research of New College Teachers' Under Lifelong Learning Horizon

随着我国高等教育的快速发展,高校教师师资队伍建设方面的问题凸显,尤其是新入职教师队伍普遍存在师资供需紧张、教学经验不足、培训质量不高等问题。学习型社会建设对现行的高校教师培训体系提出了更新更高的要求,必须坚持与时俱进,立足于终身学习,从理念更新、内容变革、方式创新等方面构建立体式的高校新入职教师发展体系。

With the rapid development of higher education in China,the problem of college teachers construction is highlighted.Especially in aspects such as the tension between teachers＇ supply and demand,some teachers＇ experience in teaching is insufficient,the training effect is not good enough.The construction of learning society puts forward updated and higher requirements.The college teachers construction must stick to keeping with modern times,and based on the concept of lifelong learning,build a stereoscopic developing system of new college teachers＇ cultivation from the aspects of updating concepts,reforming content,and innovating in ways.
