It is a very important task to take effective measures to innovate the education management mode of undergraduates.Combining with the new situation,this paper explores the significance of innovating the management mode of college students＇ education,pointing out the shortcomings of college students＇ education management mode and putting forward countermeasures.Which mainly include：implementing the concept of humane education management,constructing effective education management mechanism,organizing flexible education management activities,building information management education platform and so on.
