摘要
职教师资对职业教育校企协同育人质量发挥关键作用。文章基于欧洲职教师资专业发展的背景因素,从任职资格、职前教育要求、继续专业发展要求以及相关支持措施等方面,对欧洲多国进行简要比较,以期获得我国深化产教融合、实施现代学徒制的背景下职教师资队伍建设的一些有益启示。
Vocation education faculties play a key role in quality of cooperative education of school and enter-prise. Based on many background factors, this article conducts comparative study on vocational qualification, re-quirements of initial training and continuing professional development and relative supporting measures in many countries in Europe, in order to obtain some useful inspirations on teacher staff construction under the background of deepening industry - education integration and conducting modem apprenticeship in vocational education in China.
