摘要
新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)是指围生期窒息引起的部分或完全缺氧、脑血流减少或暂停而导致胎儿或新生儿脑损伤。早期诊断和早期干预治疗是降低HIE死亡率和致残率的重要手段。本文就缺血缺氧性脑病的血清学NSE、S100B、MBP、TNF-α的检查、DWI(磁共振加权成像)、EPO和脑苷肌肽等治疗手段的新进展进行简要综述。
Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)is the partial or complete hypoxia and cerebral blood flow reduction or suspension caused by the pericardial asphyxia,resulting in fetal or neonatal brain injury.Early diagnosis and early intervention are important to reduce HIE mortality and morbidity.In this paper,we briefly reviewed the new advances in the treatment of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(NSE),S100 B,MBP,TNF-α,weighted imaging(MRI)DWI,EPO,and cerebroside peptide.
