瑞芬太尼复合右美托咪定在心脏手术中的麻醉效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨瑞芬太尼复合右美托咪定在心脏手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2015年10月至2017年10月我院收治的80例心脏手术患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,各40例。对照组静脉泵入瑞芬太尼,观察组在对照组基础上复合右美托咪定静脉泵入,比较两组麻醉效果。结果观察组镇静情况优于对照组,血流动力学指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对心脏手术患者,瑞芬太尼复合右美托咪定可优化镇静效果,改善血流动力学,麻醉效果更佳。
