高校创新创业实践平台的运行机制与管理方法研究

Research on Mechanism and Management of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Platform for Colleges

面对"双创升级"的战略驱动,高等教育在深化创新创业教育改革方面需提升面向实际、为社会服务的能力。本文根据实践总结提出高校创新创业平台的运行机制和管理方法,重在与专业融合的项目管理机制的运行,包括多元化的创意产生方法、立项与实施双轨方法、迭代式质量管理和分级成果转化方法,为高校大学生创新创业能力和素质培养提供思路和实践途径。

Higher education needs to enhance the reality-focused and social service capability of innovation and entrepreneurship educational reform, with the strategic drive of ＂innovation and entrepreneurship evolution＂. Through practical experience, the paper summarizes the mechanism and management of the innovation and entrepreneurship platform for Colleges. The emphasis is the operation of specialty-integrated project management mechanism, including the diversified idea generation method, the dual-track approach of project establishment and implementation, the iterative quality management and the deliverables classification method, so as to provide a theoretical reference and practical approach for development of college students＇ innovative and entrepreneurial ability.
