研究血清同型半胱氨酸与胱抑素C水平诊断脑梗死的临床价值

Clinical value study of serum homocysteine and cystatin C level in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction

目的探究血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平对脑梗死的诊断价值。方法选取105例脑梗死患者作为观察组,根据神经功能缺损程度分为轻度损伤组、中度损伤组和重度损伤组,各35例;另选105例正常志愿者作为对照组。检测并比较观察组和对照组的血清Hcy与Cys-C水平,比较观察组不同程度损伤患者血清Hcy及Cys-C水平。结果观察组患者血清Hcy(19.29±4.21)ng/ml、Cys-C(1.38±0.42)mg/L均显著高于对照组的(7.71±3.26)ng/ml、(0.79±0.26)mg/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组105例脑梗死患者中,血清Hcy及Cys-C水平:重度损伤组>中度损伤组>轻度损伤组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死血清Hcy与Cys-C水平高于健康者,病情越严重Hcy与Cys-C水平越高,故可作为诊断脑梗死的重要指标。

Objective To research the diagnostic value of serum homocysteine（Hcy） and cystatin C（Cys-C） level in cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 105 patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the observation group, according to the degree of neurological deficit, they were divided into mild injury group, moderate injury group and severe injury group, 35 cases in each group. Another 105 normal volunteers were selected as the control group. The levels of serum Hcy and Cys-C were compared between the observation group and the control group were detected and compared. In the observation group, the levels of serum Hcy and Cys-C in different degrees of injury were compared. Results The levels of serum Hcy and Cys-C in the observation group were（19.29±4.21） ng/ml and（1.38±0.42） mg/L respectively, which were significantly higher than（7.71± 3.26） ng/ml and（0.79±0.26） mg/L in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. In the 105 cases of cerebral infarction of the observation group, the levels of serum Hcy and Cys-C from high to low were severe injury group, moderate injury group and mild injury group, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The levels of serum Hcy and Cys-C in patients with cerebral infarction are higher than those in healthy persons. The more serious the disease is, the higher the levels of Hcy and Cys-C are. Therefore, it can be used as an important index for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
