摘要
目的分析不同糖皮质激素在重症支原体肺炎治疗中的效果。方法 88例确诊为支原体肺炎重症患者,按照使用药物的不同分为观察组(48例)与对照组(40例)。观察组给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗,对照组给予氢化可的松琥珀酸钠治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率93.75%明显高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间、X线阴影消失时间及肺部啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗重症支原体肺炎效果较氢化可的松琥珀酸钠显著,可有效缩短患者症状消失的时间,安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of different glucocorticoids in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 88 severe patients diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumoniae were divided into observation group for 48 cases and control group for 40 cases according to the difference in the use of drugs. The observation group was treated with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate, the control group was treated with Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate. The treatment effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than 77.50% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The antipyretic time, the time of cough remission, the time of X-ray shadow disappearance and the disappearance time of lung rale in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia is more significant than that of Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate. It can effectively shorten the disappearance time of the patients' symptoms, it is safe and worthy of clinical application.
