高强度流动树脂充填Ⅱ类洞边缘微渗漏的微型CT检测 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用微型CT检测以高强度流动树脂充填Ⅱ类洞的边缘微渗漏。方法 40颗恒前磨牙,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组20颗。对照组采用"三明治"技术充填,实验组使用高强度流动树脂充填,均采用微型CT检测边缘微渗漏。对比两组的银沉积物体积。结果实验组的银沉积物体积(0.213±0.315)mm3显著低于对照组的(0.621±0.476)mm3,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高强度流动树脂应用于Ⅱ类洞的填充效果美观自然,可减少边缘微渗漏,微型CT检测法定位准确、无创伤、立体直观,值得采纳和推广。 Objective To detect the edge microleakage of Class Ⅱ holes filled with high-strength flow resin by micro CT detection. Methods A total of 40 permanent premolars were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 20 teeth in each group. The control group was filled with "sandwich" technique. The experimental group was filled with high-strength fluid resin. Micro CT was used to detect marginal microleakage. The silver sediment volume between the two groups were compared. Results The silver sediment volume of the experimental group was(0.213±0.315) mm3, which was significantly lower than(0.621±0.476) mm3 of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The filling effect of highstrength flow resin for Class Ⅱ holes is beautiful and natural, and it can reduce the edge microleakage. Micro CT detection method is accurate, non-invasive and stereoscopic, it is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.
