COOK双球囊与缩宫素在促宫颈成熟及引产中的应用效果比较

Comparison of the application effect of COOK double balloon and Oxytocin on cervical ripening and induced labor

目的比较COOK双球囊与缩宫素在促宫颈成熟及引产中的应用效果。方法 110例足月羊水偏少产妇,按照随机抽签方式分为观察组和对照组,各55例。观察组采取COOK双球囊引产,对照组采取缩宫素静脉滴注引产,比较两组效果。结果观察组产妇促宫颈成熟总有效率为96.4%,明显高于对照组的78.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇临产时间、总产程时间短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 COOK双球囊相比于缩宫素在促宫颈成熟及引产中具有更好的临床疗效和安全性,更适宜临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the application effect of COOK double balloon and Oxytocin on cervical ripening and induced labor. Methods A total of 110 full-term parturients with less amniotic fluid were divided into observation group and control group according to random draw method, 55 cases in each group. The observation group received COOK double balloon for induced labor, the control group received Oxytocin intravenous injection for induced labor. The effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of cervical ripening in the observation group was 96.4%, which was significantly higher than 78.2% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The parturient time and total labor time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly less than that of the control group, the Apgar score of the newborn was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Compared with Oxytocin, COOK double balloon has better clinical efficacy and safety in the promotion of cervical ripening and induced labor, and is more suitable for clinical application.
