摘要
西班牙《工业旅游服务要求》(UNE 302001:2012.5)(简称为"标准Ⅰ")和我国《国家工业旅游示范基地规范与评价》(LB/T 067-2017)(简称为"标准Ⅱ")比较研究,二者均以企业管理、提供服务和设施建设三部分为主要内容对工业旅游加以规范,旨在提升工业旅游企业的服务质量。
This paper makes a comparative study of the Spanish standard UNE 302001： 2012.5, Industrial Tourism Service requirements （abbreviated as ＂Standard Ⅰ＂） and the Chinese standard LB/T 067-2017, National Industrial Tourism demonstration Base Standard and Evaluation （abbreviated as ＂Standard Ⅱ＂）, which take enterprise management, service provision and facilities construction as the main contents to regulate industrial tourism, so as to improve the service quality of industrial tourism.
