VDS is a dynamic steering system developed by VOLVO with the capability of stable-assistance and road- holding assistance. In addition to these features, VOLVO also developed another function that can be installed to the trucks with VDS to adjust steering-wheel＇ s drag force according to the driver＇ s need.
