家庭的嵌入对贫困地区农民创业绩效的影响——基于拼凑理论的实证检验

Family Embeddedness and Farmers’ Entrepreneurial Performance in Rural Poor Areas:A Bricolage Theory

家庭作为一种非正式力量对贫困地区的经济发展起着至关重要的作用。借助于拼凑理论,本文构建了家庭的嵌入与贫困地区农民创业绩效之间关系的理论框架。在这一理论框架指导下,基于贫困地区的调查问卷数据,通过实证分析发现：当家庭嵌入多样性和家庭共享业务经验保持在适度水平时,农民可以获得最高的创业绩效,即家庭嵌入多样性和家庭共享业务经验分别与农民创业绩效之间呈现显著的倒U型关系,进一步地,强关系这种社会资本会显著强化家庭嵌入多样性和家庭共享业务经验与农民创业绩效之间的关系。本研究强调了家庭的异质性对创业绩效的影响,诠释了拼凑过程中惯例的重要作用,为深刻理解贫困地区农民创业成长提供了经验证据。

family is an informal power playing an influential role in the economic development of poor areas. Drawing on bricolage theory,we construct a theoretical framework of the relationship between family embeddedness and farmers＇ entrepreneurial performance in these areas,and further applied survey data for the test. We find that farmers can receive the highest entrepreneurial performance when the diversity of family embeddedness and the family sharing expertise experience are at moderate level. In other words,farmers＇ entrepreneurial performance show an inverse-U shape with both the diversity of family embeddedness and the family sharing expertise experience. Moreover,these relationships can be significantly strengthened by strong social network. Our study draws attention to the heterogeneous influences of family embeddedness on farmers ＇ entrepreneurial performance,illuminates the importance of reutilization in bricolage,and provide empirical evidences to deeply understand the growth of Farmers＇ entrepreneurship in poor rural areas.
