This paper analyzes the common problems in the installation and debugging of the waste heat power generation equipment of cement plant and the countermeasures, reviews the waste heat power generation equipment of cement plant, and puts the solution strategy according to the problems existing in installation and debugging of the equipment. The purpose of this paper is to make some suggestions on the problems that may easily arise in the installation and commissioning of waste heat power generation equipment in cement plants so as to promote the economic benefits and overall development of cement plants.
