Introduction to the Cost Control in the Design Phase of Building Curtain Wall

从阐述建筑幕墙的概念和分类入手,对幕墙的设计阶段的成本管控关键点及幕墙主要材料进行详细探讨。论文的研究目的是明确成本控制对幕墙建设的重要性,进而提高相关企业对影响幕墙设计成本的因素的重视程度,从而实现幕墙工程价值最优并促进幕墙建设工程的可持续发展。

This paper starts with the concept and classification of architectural curtain wall, and discusses the key points of cost control and main material of curtain wall in the design stage of curtain wall. The purpose of this study is to clear the importance of cost control for curtain wall construction, further improve the attentions of related enterprise on factors affecting the curtain wall design, thus realize the optimal value of curtain wall engineering and promote the sustainable development of curtain wall construction project.
