高层建筑施工管理存在的问题分析及管控对策研究

Analysis of the Problems Existing in Construction Management of High-Rise Buildings and Research on Its Management and Control Countermeasures

随着我国城市化建设速度的不断加快,城市人口数量逐渐增多,致使城市土地资源出现紧缺。为了解决城市土地资源的紧缺问题,高层建筑在我国得到了广泛的应用,通过增加建筑物的层数,满足了人们对城市土地资源的使用需求。论文对高层建筑施工管理中存在的问题进行了详细的分析,并对解决高层建筑施工管理问题的管控对策展开了深度的探讨。此次探讨的主要目的是提高我国高层建筑施工管理的水平,进而促进我国高层建筑事业的不断进步与发展。

With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the number of urban population is increasing gradually, resulting in the shortage of urban land resources, in order to solve the problem of urban land resources shortage,high-rise buildings is widely applied in China, through increasing the number of floors of buildings, to meet the needs of the people for the use of urban land resources. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction management of high rise building in detail, deeply discusses the management and control measures for these problems. The purpose of this study is improving the management level of high rise building construction, to promote the constant development of high rise building industry in China.
