摘要
主要介绍了BIM技术,对其核心技术进行了简单的分析,分别从设计阶段、招标阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段探讨了BIM技术在造价管理中的应用。
This paper mainly introduces the BIM technology and then analyzes its core technology briefly. Finally, this paper discusses the application of BIM technology in cost management from the design stage, bidding stage, construction stage and completion settlement stage.
