外敷止痛散治疗PTED术后残余腰背痛的近期疗效观察

The Recent Curative Effect of External Application of Zhitongsan in Treating Residual Low Back Pain After PTED

目的:通过对比观察,探究止痛散外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症经皮椎间孔镜(PTED)术后残余腰背痛的近期疗效。方法:选取本院收治的50例PTED术后出现残余腰背痛的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例。对照组术后常规卧床及用药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予院内制剂止痛散外敷,治疗2周,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率(88%)优于对照组(76%),P<0.05。治疗组治疗后VAS评分及ODI指数低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外敷止痛散治疗PTED术后残余腰背痛的近期疗效可靠,能有效缓解PTED术后患者残余腰背痛。

Objective： By contrast observation, to explore the recent curative effect of external application of Zhitongsan after PTED in patients with lumbar disc Protrusions. Methods： 50 Patients with residual tow back pain after PTED treated in our hospital were selected and randomized into two groups, the control group were treated by routinely bedridden and medications, the treatment group were given in-hospital preparation Zhitongsan, on the basis of treatment in the control group. After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group （88%） was better than that in the control group （76%）, P〈0.05. After treatment, the VAS score and ODI index of the treatment group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, the results were statistically significant. Conclusion： The effect of external application of Zhitongsan treatment on residual low back pain after PTED is reliable and can effectively relieve residual pain after PTED.
