促红细胞生成素不同给药方式与血液透析患者贫血治疗效果的关系

Relationship between the method of erythropoietin administration and anemia in hemodialysis patients

目的探讨促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)不同给药方式对血液透析患者贫血治疗效果的影响。方法回顾性分析52例血液透析患者临床资料,根据EPO不同给药方式分为静脉注射组26例和皮下注射组26例,比较2组EPO治疗前及治疗3个月后血红蛋白水平。结果 EPO治疗前,静脉注射组患者血红蛋白水平[(87.8±11.8)g/L]与皮下注射组[(85.4±15.7)g/L]比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);EPO治疗后3个月,2组血红蛋白水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),静脉注射组患者血红蛋白水平[(108.2±21.8)g/L]高于皮下注射组[(91.4±18.2)g/L](P<0.05)。结论静脉注射或皮下注射EPO均可改善血液透析患者的贫血,静脉注射EPO纠正贫血的效果优于皮下注射。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the different method of erythropoietin administration and the therapeutic effect on anemia in hemodialysis patients. Methods The clinical data of 52 hemodialysis patients were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into intravenous injection group and subcutaneous injection group according to the method of erythropoietin administration. The hemoglobin levels were compared before and after 3-month treatment between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in hemoglobin level between intravenous injection group （（87.8±11. 8） g/L） and subcutaneous injection group （（85. 4±15. 7） g/L） before treatment （P〉0.05）. The hemoglobin level was significantly higher in intravenous injection group （（108.2±21.8） g/L） than that in subcutaneous injection group （（91.4±18.2） g/L） after 3-month treatment （P〈0.05）, both of which were significantly higher than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both intravenous and subcutaneous administration of erythropoietin can increase the hemoglobin level in hemodialysis patients, and intravenous administration of erythropoietin is superior to subcutaneous administration of erythropoietin in correcting anemia.
