综合护理干预联合常规护理在ICU血液净化患者中的护理效果及对预后的影响

Comprehensive nursing intervention combined with routine nursing care in patients with ICU blood purification and its effect on prognosis

目的探讨综合护理干预联合常规护理在血液净化患者中的护理效果及对预后的影响。方法选取2014年4月-2017年3月该院收治的ICU血液净化患者82例，随机分为两组，各41例。对照组患者应用常规护理治疗，研究组患者联合综合护理干预，对比两组患者护理效果及其预后。结果治疗后研究组MAP、HR、Scr、BUN、AST以及ALT等指标显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；研究组APACHEⅡ评分各个时间点均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论重症ICU血液净化患者联合应用综合护理干预以及常规护理，有利于提高护理效果，改善患者的预后。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with routine nursing in patients with severe ICU （intensive care unit） blood purification and its influence on prognosis. Methods From April 2014 to March 2017, 82 patients with ICU blood purification admitted to the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases each. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and patients in the research group were treated with combined comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the indexes of MAP, HR, Scr, BUN, AST and ALT of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences （P〉 0. 05 ）. APACHEⅡ score all time points of the study group were significantly better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The combined application of comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing in patients with severe ICU blood purification is conducive to improving the nursing effect and improving the prognosis of patients.
