人中望诊理论及其临床应用探析

Analysis of Theory and Clinical Application of Inspection of Philtrum

人中望诊是通过观察人中的色泽、形态、润燥等变化推测体内病变的方法 ,是中医望诊的特殊诊法之一,有关人中望诊的内容最早记载于《黄帝内经》。人中所在部位是经络交织、经气灌注的要塞,由于经脉的络属关系,使人中与经脉及其相对应的脏腑相联系,因此可通过观察人中色泽、形态等的改变来推测脏腑经络的病变。通过搜集整理古今有关人中望诊的资料,从人中望诊的理论源流、基本原理、形态望诊、色泽望诊等方面对人中望诊理论进行总结,为中医临床辨证提供依据。

Inspection of philtrum is a method to deduce the pathological changes in the body by inspecting the color,shape and moistening degree of the philtrum. It is a special inspection method of traditional Chinese medicine,which was first recorded in the Huangdi＇s Intenal Classics. The philtrum is a stronghold where the meridians and collaterals are closed interwoven and instilled. Due to the collateral relationship of meridians,the philtrum is related to meridians and their corresponding viscera,so it is possible to deduce the pathological changes of the viscera and meridians by inspecting the color,shape and so on of the philtrum.Through collecting the ancient and modern related information about inspection of philtrum,this paper summarized the theory of inspection of philtrum from the theoretical origin,basic principles,morphological inspection,color inspection and other aspects,which can provide basis for clinical differentiation of Chinese medicine.
