普通针刺联合恢刺治疗颈型颈椎病33例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 33 Cases of Neck Type Cervical Spondylosis Treated by Common Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitating Needling

目的 ：观察普通针刺联合恢刺治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 ：将66例确诊为颈型颈椎病的患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各33例。对照组采用普通针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合恢刺针法治疗。两组均每周治疗3次,10次为1疗程,共治疗1疗程。比较两组治疗前后简化Mc Gill疼痛量表（SF-MPQ）评分、颈部症状与体征评分,并评价临床疗效。结果：治疗后治疗组的SF-MPQ评分、颈部症状与体征评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;治疗组总有效率93.9%,对照组87.9%,两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：普通针刺联合恢刺治疗颈型颈椎病疗效较好,能在短时间内缓解患者的疼痛及相关症状。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of common acupuncture combined with rehabilitating needling on neck type cervical spondylosis. Methods：A total of 66 patients diagnosed as neck type cervical spondylosis were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with common acupuncture therapy,while patients in the treatment group were treated with common acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitating needling. Both groups were treated 3 times a week. One course contained 10 times and both groups were treated for 1 course. The scores of the short form Mc Gill pain scale（SF-MPQ）and neck symptom and sign of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effect of the two groups was evaluated. Results：After treatment,the SF-MPQ score and neck symptom and sign score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9%,which was higher than that of the control group（87.9%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Common acupuncture combined with rehabilitating needling is an effective therapy in the treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis. It can relieve the pain and related symptoms of the patients in a short time.
