抗生素眼药配合中药熏蒸治疗儿童早期睑腺炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Early Hordeolum in Children by Antibiotic Eye Drops Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation

目的 ：观察妥布霉素滴眼液、妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏配合中药熏蒸治疗儿童早期睑腺炎的临床疗效。方法 ：将120例早期睑腺炎患儿采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。治疗组采用妥布霉素滴眼液、妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏配合中药熏蒸患眼,对照组仅用妥布霉素滴眼液和妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗,两组均于治疗3 d后复诊,评价疗效。结果：治疗3 d后,治疗组总有效率（93.3%）高于对照组（81.7%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 ：运用妥布霉素滴眼液、妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏配合中药熏蒸治疗儿童早期睑腺炎,治疗时间短,患儿及家长接受配合度高,临床疗效确切。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of tobramycin eye drops,tobramycin and dexamethasone eye ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on early hordeolum in children.Methods：A total of 120 children patients with early hordeolum were divided into treatment group and control group by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with tobramycin eye drops,tobramycin and dexamethasone eye ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. The control group was only treated with tobramycin eye drops and tobramycin and dexamethasone eye ointment. Three days after treatment,children in both groups came back for the evaluation of the curative effect. Results：Three days after treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group（93.3%） was higher than that of the control group（81.7%） and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Using tobramycin eye drops,tobramycin and dexamethasone eye ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation to treat early hordeolum in children can achieve a good clinical curative effect in a short time. This method is easy for the children and their parents to accept and cooperate.
