瞿晓竹从阴证疮疡论治慢性子宫内膜炎经验

QU Xiaozhu’s Experience in Treating Chronic Endometritis Inspired by Sores of Yin Syndrome

瞿晓竹老师认为慢性子宫内膜炎的病机为正气亏损、气血瘀滞,导致湿热瘀结于内膜基底层,与外科阴证疮疡的病因病机相似,且二者均有难消、难溃、难敛的特点。秉承陈士铎治疗阴证疮疡大补兼攻散的原则,瞿老师主张慢性子宫内膜炎的治疗应以益气养血扶正、托毒外出为法,配合清热利湿、活血化瘀药,自拟益气化瘀调冲汤疗效显著。列举验案1则以说明疗效。

QU Xiaozhu considers the main pathogenesis of chronic endometritis as deficiency of healthy qi and stagnation of qi and blood which leading to the detention of damp-heat and blood stasis in the endometrial basal layer. Characterized by difficult to eliminate,difficult to ulcerate and difficult to astringe,the pathogenesis of chronic endometritis is similar to that of sores of yin syndrome. In obedience to the principle of great tonifying with dispersing in treating sores of yin syndrome proposed by CHEN Shiduo,Teacher QU urges that the treatment of chronic endometritis should be based on replenishing qi and blood,strengthening body resistance and expelling toxin out. At the same time,medicines for clearing heat and draining dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis also should be used. The effect of self-made Yiqi Huayu Tiaochong Decoction is remarkable for the disease. One typical case was listed to show the curative effect.
