造纸污泥基微电解填料的研制 被引量:1

Development of Sludge-Based Micro-Electrolytic Filler

摘要 以铁粉、造纸污泥、黏土为原料,制备微电解填料。研究微电解填料的制备工艺条件,获得该微电解填料的最佳工艺条件为:烧制温度控制在800℃,铁粉与污泥的比例为1:7,混合烧结时间为30 min,在该工艺条件下,孔隙率最高可达40.2%。与传统的生化方法相比,投加该微电解填料处理造纸废水,对Mg2+、Cu2+、Fe2+、Mn2+、Pb2+等金属离子去除相对较好,对烷烃类有机物,去除率最高可达88.3%,且处理过程中的二次污染大幅度减小。 Micro-electrolysis fillers were prepared with iron powder, paper mill sludge and clay. "Ihe preparing condition of the micro-electrolysis fillers were studied. Obtained the optimum conditions of the micro-electrolysis fillers were: the firing temperature was keeping at 800°C, the ratio of iron powder to paper mill sludge was 1:7, the optimum sintering time was 30 min. Under this conditions, the porosity was 40.2%. Compared with the traditional biochemical methods, adding the micro-electrolysis filler to the treatment of papermaking wastewater had better effect on remove of metal ions such as Mg2+, Cu2+, Fe2+, Mn2+, Pb2+, the removal rate of alkane organic matter was 88.3% ,and secondary pollution in the process significantly reduced.
