造纸废水中酯类物质对活性污泥微生物活性的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Ester on Microbial Activity of Aerobic Activated Sludge in Papermaking Wastewater

摘要 选择邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)作为研究对象,研究其生物处理过程中对微生物活性及处理效果的影响。通过对微生物的脱氢酶活性、比耗氧速率、COD的去除率和降解率来研究有机污染物对微生物活性及处理效果的影响。结果表明:DMP对TTC-脱氢酶活性和SOUR、COD的去除率均有影响,且DMP对活性污泥微生物活性有一定的毒害和抑制作用,而且浓度越大,这些不良作用更强,COD的去除率就越低。当废水中DMP质量浓度为160 mg·L-1时,经过6天的好氧生物处理,COD的去除率平均值仅为58.5%,好氧生物降解率低至61.9%,水中残留浓度达到60.86 mg·L-1。 Dimethyl phthalate (DMP) was selected as the research object to study the effect of biological treatment on the activity and treatment of active microorganisms, q-he effect of organic pollutants on microbial activity and treatment effect was studied by dehydrogenase activity, rate of oxygen consumption, removal rate of COD and degradation rate of organic matter. DMP of TTC -dehydrogenase activity and SOUR, the removal rate of COD, active sludge and organic matter in wastewater DMP has certain poisons and activity of activated sludge microorganism inhibition, and the greater the concentration, the bad effect is stronger, the less the removal rate of COD. when the mass concentration of DMP was 160 mg.L-1, the average treatment rate for COD was only 58.5% under aerobic condition after 6 days of reaction, while the biodegradation rate of aerobiont was only 61,9% and the residual concentration was 60.86 mg.L-1.
