摘要 河南神马氯碱发展有限责任公司将放空的氢气改为输送外售。随着耗氯产品的增加,富余氢气量由1 800 m^3/h上升至4 000 m^3/h。为安全高效输送氢气,进行3方面改进:(1)提升压缩机能力和质量;(2)提高氢气品质;(3)稳定氢气系统压力。同时,改造富余氢气输送工艺流程。工艺优化后,成功解决了氢气中水含量高、氧含量高、能源浪费等一系列难题,而且每年增加销售收入2 000多万元。 Henan Shenma Chlor- Alkali Development Co., Ltd. delivered the originally vented hydrogen for sale. With the increase in chlorine consumption, the amount of surplus hydrogen increased from 1 800 m3/h to 4 000 m3/h. In order to deliver hydrogen safely and efficiently, three improvements have been made: (1) enhancing the capacity and quality of compressor; (2) improving the quality of hydrogen; (3) stabilizing the pressure of hydrogen system. At the same time, the surplus hydrogen delivery process is transformed. After the process is improved, a series of problems such as high water content, high oxygen content and energy waste are successfully solved, and the sales revenue is increased by over 20 million yuan each year.
