摘要
通过核壳聚合工艺合成了具有高通透性的木器涂料用水性聚丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了种子取种量、乳化剂用量、衣康酸用量、交联单体用量对涂料通透性的影响。结果表明:种子取种量为1%、乳化剂用量2.5%、衣康酸用量2.5%、交联单体用量2%时,除了涂料通透性较好外,涂料其他指标,如耐水性(常温水)、耐醇性、耐茶性、耐碱性、耐醋性、抗回黏性、附着力均通过测试标准,而且乳液制备过程中凝胶率<0.1%,固含量42%、最低成膜温度30℃等指标均满足生产和施工需求。
High-clarity waterborne acrylate emulsion for wood coatings is synthesized through core-shell polymerization. The influence of clarity of coatings is studied by changing the dosage of seed, emulsifier, itaconic acid and crosslinking monomer. The results show that the coatings have relatively good clarity under the dosage of seed 1%, emulsifier 2.5%, itaconic acid 2.5% and crosslinking monomer 2%. Other properties of coatings such as water resistance(normal temperature), alcohol resistance, tea resistance, alkali resistance, vinegar resistance, after-tack resistance and adhesion are good. The preparation of emulsion meets the need of production and construction because of the gel rate 0.1%, the solid content of 42% and the minimum film-forming temperature of 30 ℃.
