摘要
介绍了水性纳米陶瓷涂料的制备工艺及反应机理,重点探讨了多种因素对陶瓷涂料性能影响规律,并分析了实验结果与作用机理,发现不同硅氧烷种类、硅溶胶与硅氧烷比例对涂料性能的影响有着较大差异,不同pH值对涂料的熟化时间与适用期影响较大,部分特种填料对陶瓷涂料性能有着较好的强化效果。
The preparation technology and reaction mechanism of waterborne nano-ceramic coatings are introduced in this paper mainly discussing the influences of various factors on the properties of ceramic coatings and analyzing the experimental results and mechanism. It is found that different siloxane types and different silica sol and siloxane ratios have quite different influence on the performance of coatings, and different pH values have great influence on the curing time and application period. It is also found that some special extenders have good effect on the performance of ceramic coatings.
