石油钢管防护涂料用改性醇酸树脂合成及应用研究

摘要 通过在树脂合成过程中引入苯甲酸进行改性,合成了一种快干醇酸树脂,并研究了醇酸树脂油度、苯甲酸用量等对树脂性能的影响,以此为成膜物质,制备了石油钢管防护涂料。检测结果显示,该涂料具有干燥速度快、防锈性能好、施工方便等特点,有较高的推广应用价值。 Through modification by introducing benzoic acid in the process of resin synthesis, a quick drying alkyd resin is synthesized, and the influence of the alkyd resin's oil length and benzoic acid dosage on resin properties is studied. Steel oil pipelines' protective coatings are prepared with this film forming matter. The test results show that such coatings have the characteristics of quick drying, good anti-rusting performance and convenient application as well as high potential for promotion and application.
