摘要 真空断路器是电气化铁路牵引变电所最重要的开关设备之一,其运行可靠性直接关系到供电系统的安全与稳定。基于智能变电所的构想,提出一种电气化铁路智能断路器系统方案,采用合理的系统设计解决牵引变电所内不同设备厂家的设备互联问题,实现基于IEC 61850标准和云平台的智能断路器。对运营维护单位进行调研,结合运行检修程序及方法,根据断路器的操作机构类型,给出相应监测内容,为牵引供电系统高压设备实现状态检修提供理论基础。 Vacuum circuit breaker is one of the most important switch gears in traction substation of electrified railway. The reliability of its operation directly affects the safety and stability of power supply system. Based on the concept of intelligent substation, the paper proposed the plan for intelligent circuit breaker system in electrified railway. Through reasonable system design, It solved the interoperation problem among equipment provided by various suppliers inside the traction substation, and implemented the intelligent circuit breaker based on IEC 61850 Standard and cloud platform. The paper launched a survey of maintenance units. Considering the operation maintenance procedure and method, based on the type of operating mechanism of circuit breaker, the paper proposed the corresponding monitoring contents, providing the theoretical basis for implementing the condition-based maintenance of high-voltage equipment in traction power supply system.
