益气养阴固冲方及其拆方对无排卵性功血气阴两虚证大鼠子宫内膜MMP-9、TIMP-1的影响

Effects of Yiqi Yangyin Guchong Recipe and Its Disassembled Prescriptions on MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in Endometrium of Rats with Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding with Both Deficiency of Qi and Yin Syndrome

目的:探讨分析益气养阴固冲方及其拆方对无排卵性功血气阴两虚证大鼠子宫内膜基质金属蛋白酶-9及组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1的影响。方法:雌性SD大鼠70只,按随机数字表法分为空白对照组、模型对照组、宫血宁组、益气组、固冲组、养阴组、全方组,各组分别灌胃相应药物及生理盐水检测MMP-9及TIMP-1的表达。结果:模型对照组MMP-9活性降低,TIMP-1活性升高,与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义;用药组MMP-9活性均升高,TIMP-1活性均下降,与模型对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:各治疗组子宫内膜MMP-9表达升高,TIMP-1表达下降,以全方组和益气组改变更为明显,说明该方可通过促进子宫内膜修复而达到治疗无排卵性功血的作用。

Objective： To study and analyze the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Guchong prescription and its disassembled prescriptions on theuterus matrix metalloproteinases 9 and Tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding model rats with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome. Methods： Seventy female SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model control group,Gongxuening group,Yiqi group,Guchong group,Yangyin group and all the groups.each group were treated with the corresponding drugs and saline,expression of endometrium MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in endometrium. Results： The model control group MMP-9 activity decreased,TIMP-1 activity increased,the control group were statistically significant compared with the blank; The activity of MMP-9 was increased in the drug delivery group and the activity of TIMP-1 was decreased,the control group were statistically significant compared with the model. Conclusion：The treatment group of endometrial MMP-9 expression increased,TIMP-1 expression decreased in whole group and Yiqi group changed more obviously,so the method can promote endometrial repair to achieve the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
