补肺益肾方对稳定期慢阻肺肺肾两虚证疗效评价

Evaluation of Therapeutic Efficiency of Bufei Yishen Decoction on Stable Period of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:观察补肺益肾方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的治疗效果。方法:按照随机单盲法将纳入患者分为试验组和对照组各20例。试验组给予布地奈德福莫特罗每次2吸,每日2次,对照组在西药治疗基础上加用补肺益肾方口服,治疗时间1个月,观察2组治疗前后的肺功能变化,记录FEV1%预计值、FEV1/FVC,并对患者进行成人慢性阻塞性肺疾病生存质量评分,记录不良事件及急性加重次数。结果:2组治疗后FEV1、FEV1/FVC值较前均有升高,其中试验组改善更为明显。2组治疗后日常生活能力、抑郁心理、焦虑心理、总积分较治疗前下降,其中试验组下降更为明显,社会活动能力积分无明显改变,治疗期间2组均无不良反应及急性加重事件发生。结论:补肺益肾方能明显改善慢阻肺稳定期患者焦虑、抑郁状态,提高肺功能及日常生活能力,改善临床疗效且无明显不良反应。

Objective： To observe the herapeutic efficiency of Bufei Yishen Decoction on stable period of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group（20 Cases） and the control group（20 cases）. Two groups all used normal western medicine treatment and the treatment group combined with Bufei Yishen Decoction. Observe the pulmonary function changes of two groups before and after the treatment,Record patients survival quality scores,adverse events,and the number of exacerbations. Results： The scores of the pulmonary function rating（FEV1% pre and FEV1/FVC） improved and the treatment group improved more obviously. The total scores and scores on daily life ability,depression,anxiety was declined and the treatment group declined more obviously. Social activity ability score has no obvious change. During the treatment in the two groups had no adverse reaction and the acute exacerbation episode. Conlusions： Bufei Yishen Decoction Can significantly improve patients with COPD stabilization state of anxiety,depression,improve lung function and daily living ability,improve the clinical curative effect,and no obvious adverse reactions.
