《千金翼方》经穴使用规律分析

Analysis of Acupoint Usage Principle in Qian Jin Yi Fang

孙思邈以"药王"著称,也是针药结合的倡导者,其晚年著作《千金翼方》包含大量针灸内容,对其中用穴规律分析具有重要的意义。本文对《千金翼方》针灸部分加以提取、归纳、分析,发现其用穴主要为特定穴,以五腧穴、交会穴、背俞穴和募穴居多,最常用腧穴为间使、关元、人中、大椎、三阴交、肝俞、肾俞,最常用的经络为膀胱经、胃经、任脉和督脉。同时还发现《千金翼方》与《千金要方》用穴迥异,有待进一步研究。

Qian Jin Yi Fang,is written by Sun Si-miao in his old age who was known as king of Chinese herb,records many acupuncture experience literatures. Summarizing its acupoint usage rule is very important. The acupuncture literature has been extracted,summarized,and analyzed. The findings shows 65% acupoints is specific acupoint,of which mainly focus on five shu points,crossing point,back-shu point and mu-front acupoints. The most used acupoints are Jianshi,Guanyuan,Renzhong,Dazhui,Sanyinjiao,Ganshu,Shenshu,and the most used channels are bladder meridian,stomach meridian,Ren channel channe and governor meridian. Various difference existed between Qian Jin Yi Fang and Qian Jin Yao Fang according acupoint use,and more researches need to be conducted in future.
