推拿在胃下垂临床治疗中的应用研究

Clinical Research of Tuina Therapy in The Application of Gastroptosis Qin TCM

胃下垂为临床常见的消化系统慢性疾病,可引起腹胀、腹痛、便秘、嗳气等消化道不良症状,病势缠绵难以尽愈,西医对此尚无明确有效的治疗方法。推拿对其治疗效果显著,相比西医治疗方法副作用小、易于患者接受。本文综述了推拿在临床上治疗胃下垂的应用情况,以及推拿结合针刺、中药、耳穴、艾灸、医疗体育等治疗胃下垂的操作方法。提出未来应在推拿手法种类、频率、力度等方面开展规范研究,总结名老中医的临床经验辨证施治,将推拿与中药、针灸、医疗体育锻炼结合,多疗法开展胃下垂治疗,促进推拿临床应用的推广。

Gastroptosis is a common clinical digestive system chronic diseases. It can cause bloating,abdominal pain,constipation,belching and other gastrointestinal adverse symptoms with long disease coarse. There is no clear and effective treatment in west medreine. Traditional Chinese tuina has significant treatment effect,compared with Western medicine,and which is easy to be accept by the patient. This article reviews the application of traditional Chinese tuina in the treatment of gastrioptosis,as well as traditional Chinese tuina combined with acupuncture,Chinese medicine,auricular point,moxibustion,medico-athletics and other methods of treatment of gastroptosis. In this paper,the future should be in the type of traditional Chinese tuina techniques,frequency,intensity and other aspects of normative research,summed up the clinical experience of the famous veteran teran doctors of TCM,dialectical treatment,will be combined with traditional Chinese tuina and traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,medical and medico-athletics,multi-therapy to carry out gastric ptosis treatment,can promote the climical application of the traditional Chinese tuina.
