Rosearch Progress on Neonatal Constitution of TCM

新生儿处于体质发展的最初阶段,其体质基本由先天禀赋所决定,受后天因素影响甚微,可塑性大,相对于成人而言易于调理,是进行体质调理的最佳时期,因此进行新生儿体质研究对保障新生儿健康成长具有重要意义。近20年来,一些学者依据五脏有余不足或阴阳寒热偏盛进行新生儿中医体质分型研究,证实了新生儿体质与某些疾病的相关性,以及通过一定的干预方法可以调理新生儿的体质。本文从新生儿中医体质分型、体病相关及体质调理等方面对这些研究成果进行分析与总结,对新生儿体质研究中存在的问题进行思考,并对今后的研究工作做出展望。

Newborn is at the initial stage of the constitutional development. Its constitution,which is basically decided by natural endowment and little affected by the acquired factors,is easy to regulate compared with adult. It can be say that newborn stage is the best period for constitution invention. So neonatal constitution research is of great significance to guarantee healthy grown of newborn. Over the past 20 years,some scholars had studied the neonatal TCM constitution,based on the excessive or deficiency of the five Zang-organs or predominance of Yin and Yang,cold and hotness. These researches had confirmed the correlation between neonatal constitution and some diseases,and through certain intervention methods can regulate the newborn ＇s constitution. In this paper,the domestic scholars＇ research in recent 20 years are analyzed and summarized. These researches are about the classification of neonatal constitution of TCM,the relationship between disease and TCM constitution and the constitution conditioning. The existing problems in neonatal constitution research are considered and the future research work is prospected.
