静吸复合麻醉与全凭静脉麻醉的麻醉效果比较研究

Comparative effectiveness research of static suction combined anesthesia and full intravenous anesthesia

目的比较静吸复合麻醉与全凭静脉麻醉的麻醉效果。方法选取射洪县中医院2016年5月—2017年5月行全凭静脉麻醉患者29例作为观察组,另选取本院同期行静吸复合麻醉患者29例作为对照组。比较两组患者术中体动发生率、呼吸恢复时间、呼之睁眼时间、拔管时间,并观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者术中体动发生率低于对照组,呼吸恢复时间、呼之睁眼时间、拔管时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于静吸复合麻醉,全凭静脉麻醉具有起效迅速、作用时间短及安全性高等优势。

Objective To compare the anesthesia effect of static suction combined anesthesia and full intravenous anesthesia.Methods A total of 29 cases of patients with full intravenous anesthesia were selected from May 20 to May 2017 in Shehong County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as observation group,29 cases of patients underwent static suction combined anesthesia were selected as control group.The intraoperative body movements,respiration recovery time.open eyes time and extubation time were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The observation group of the rate of intraoperative body movements was lower than control group,the respiration recovery time,open eyes time and extubation time were shorter than control group（P0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with static suction combined anesthesia,full intravenous anesthesia has advantages with rapid effect,shorter duration and higher safety and so on.
