乳突根治术联合鼓室成形术治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of radical mastoidectomy combined with tympanoplasty in treating cholesteatoma otitis media

目的探讨乳突根治术联合鼓室成形术治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎的临床效果。方法选取郫都区第二人民医院2016年1月—2017年9月收治的胆脂瘤中耳炎患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组45例。对照组患者行乳突根治术治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上联合鼓室成形术治疗。比较两组患者听力改善情况、鼓膜恢复与干耳情况,并观察患者术后并发症与复发情况。结果研究组患者听力情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后鼓膜恢复及干耳情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后并发症发生率、复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用乳突根治术联合鼓室成形术治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎的临床效果确切,其可有效提高患者听力,降低术后复发率,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radical mastoidectomy combined with tympanoplasty in treating cholesteatoma otitis media.Methods A total of 90 cases of cholesteatoma otitis media patients were selected from January 2016 to September 2017 in Pi Du District Second People＇s Hospital,which were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radical mastoidectomy,study group was treated with tympanoplasty based on control group.The postoperative hearing improvement,tympanic membrane recovery,dry ear were compared between the two groups,and postoperative complications and recurrence were observed.Results The hearing improvement in study group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.The study group of tympanic membrane recovery,dry ear were better than control group（P〈0.05）.The study group of the incidence rate postoperative complications and recurrence rate were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Radical mastoidectomy combined with tympanoplasty have an exactly clinical effect in treating cholesteatoma otitis media,it can effectively promote hearing of patients,reduce recurrence rate,and with high safety.
