拖吊结合式挂篮在波形钢腹板预应力连续梁中的设计及应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 以港珠澳大桥珠海连接线前山河特大桥为背景,针对大跨波形钢腹板箱梁桥悬臂施工过程中波形钢腹板安装难点,对传统挂篮结构进行了优化,提出了一种新型拖吊结合式挂篮结构,介绍了其基本构造组成及特点,阐述了拖吊结合式挂篮安装波形钢腹板相关关键技术。工程实践表明,该新型挂篮结构可快速实现波形钢腹板的运输、吊装及精确定位,增加了安全性和可靠性,为今后波形钢腹板梁桥建设中的挂篮设计提供了借鉴。 This paper took the main bridge of Qianshan River Bridge in Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as a background, and based on the installation difficulties of corrugated steel plates during the cantilever construction of large span corrugated steel plate box girder bridge, to optimize the structure of the traditional hanging basket. Moreover, a new type of towinghoisting hanging basket structure was put forward. The basic structure and characteristics were introduced, and the key technologies for installing corrugated steel plates in the hanging basket were further studied. The research results showed that the new hanging basket structure could quickly transport, hoist and precisely locate the corrugated steel plates, and increase the safety and reliability. It could provide a reference for the design of hanging basket in the construction of corrugated steel plate girder bridge in the future.
