摘要 以勉县汉江大桥63 m简支梁节段拼装施工为背景,根据项目施工特点,基于建立的BIM模型,进行各部件间的碰撞检查,提高工作效率,降低返工风险;利用BIM技术进行场地优化布置,确保施工安全,控制施工成本;建立基于BIM技术的施工管理平台,进行工程精确算量、施工进度和资料管理,提升管理水平和决策能力。实践表明,BIM技术的合理运用,实现了项目精细化管理的目标,提升了企业核心竞争力,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 Based on the background of 63 m simply-supported beam by segmental assembly method construction in Mianxian County Hanjiang River Bridge, considering the engineering construction characteristics, the established BIM model is applied to help collisions check to improve work efficiency and reduce rework risks. Furthermore, BIM technology is also used to optimize construction site layout to ensure construction security and control construction cost. Construction management platform based on BIM technology is established to accomplish accurate amount calculation, construction procedure and data management, thus to promote management level and decision-making ability. The practice shows that rational application of BIM technology realizes target of project refined management, promotes enterprise core competence and achieves good economic and social benefits.
