摘要 为了保证连续箱梁顶推法施工过程中的安全,以荆州市蒙华铁路主桥顶推法施工过程为工程背景,通过理论分析与现场试验相结合的技术手段,研究出连续箱梁顶推过程中新型滑道梁同步定位施工滑块技术和施工过程中避免滑块落入营业线技术,主要研究结论如下:(1)从桥梁的结构和控制技术上进行了分析,解决了箱梁爬行和梁体开裂的技术难题;(2)采用滑道系统与钢对钢滑移相结合的技术,精确控制滑块的同步位移;(3)采用滑块掉落处滑道梁开槽措施,保障顶推过程安全施工。 In order to ensure the safety during the construction of continuous box girder with incremental launching method, the technology about simultaneous position of sliding block and remedial measures of preventing sliding blocks into operating lines are studied through the combination of theoretical analysis and field tests based on the main bridge construction of Menghua Railway in Jingzhou, Hubei. The main conclusions are as follows : (1) the difficulties of box girder pushing and beam cracking are solved by the analysis of bridge structure and control technology. (2) The synchronous displacement of sliding block is precisely controlled by combining the slideway system and steel-to-steel slipping technology. (3)The safety is ensured by track beam slotting at places where the sliding blocks drop.
