软弱围岩隧道大变形系统控制技术研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对隧道施工过程中,普通支护方案很难有效地控制软弱围岩变形。本文依托青峰软岩隧道,提出了相应的施工工法、掌子面稳定对策、拱脚稳定控制技术、合理刚度及强度支护措施等软岩隧道施工大变形系统控制技术。并采用数值模拟及现场监测手段,研究了上述系统控制技术对软弱围岩隧道大变形的控制效果,现场施工结果表明:在该系统控制技术指导下,该软岩隧道大变形能够得到成功控制。 In the course of tunnel construction, it is difficult to control effectively the deformation of soft surrounding rock with general scheme in supporting. Based on Qingfeng soft rock tunnel, a series of control technologies of large deformation system for soft rock tunnel construction were put forward, such as corresponding construction method, countermeasures for stabilizing tunnel face, stability control technology of arch foot, reasonable stiffness and strength support measures. By using the method of numerical simulation and field monitoring, the control effects were studied, which was the above system control technology on large deformation of weak surrounding rock tunnel. The results of site operation showed that the large deformation of the soft rock tunnel could be successfully controlled under the guidance of the system control.
