摘要 通过对新疆SETH水利枢纽工程的施工导流方案设计的详细论述,从导流标准、导流流量、导流泄水建筑物、施工总工期及导流工程投资等几个方面,详细对比分析了隧洞导流方案和河床分期导流方案两种导流方式,最后推荐河床分期导流方案作为工程的推荐导流方案,并详细论述了枢纽工程导流洪水标准、导流程序及导流建筑物设计. A detailed description of construction diversion of SETH Hydro-junction in Xinjiang is presented in this paper. A staged diversion scheme is recommended for the project based on detailed comparisons between the tunnel diversion scheme and the staged diversion scheme from the aspects of diversion standard,the design flood,release structures,total construction time and total investment of the diversion works. Detailed discussions on the design flood of the hydro-juction,diversion procedures,as well as the design of the diversion works are given as the recommended scheme.
