下腔静脉隔膜切除治疗隔膜型布-加综合征

Resection of pathological membrane in IVC for the treatment of Budd-Chiari syndrome

目的 :观察下腔静脉隔膜切除术治疗隔膜型布 加综合征的疗效。方法 :对下腔静脉膜性梗阻的 2 1 9例患者施行隔膜切除术。切开下腔静脉、以球囊阻断病变远心端下腔静脉及肝静脉血流 ,直视下切除下腔静脉隔膜 ,取出繁衍血栓 ,解除下腔静脉阻塞。术后辅以抗凝祛聚治疗。结果 :2 1 3例患者取得了明显的近期疗效 ,患者临床症状消失 ,有效率 97.5 %。死亡 6例 ,病死率 2 .5 %。随访 6个月至 9a ,临床症状复发 2 0例 ,复发率 9.1 %。结论 :直视下下腔静脉隔膜切除术是治疗下腔静脉隔膜型布

Aim: To evaluate the effect of the resection of the pathological membrane in inferior vena cava (IVC) for the treatment of Budd Chiari syndrome(B CS). Methods:A total of 219 patients with the IVC membranous obstructive type of B CS were treated with resection of the pathological membrane in IVC under direct vision.Results:The effective rate was 97.5%, recurrence rate,9.1%, and mortality rate,2.5%.Conclusion:Resection of pathological membrane is an effective method for the treatment of membranous obstructive type of B CS.
