摘要
为满足铁路技术站的实际作业需求,提升铁路技术站作业的综合自动化水平,结合铁路技术站作业分工,以保障安全生产为准则,以综合信息管理平台为中心,以调车作业管控为纽带,设计铁路技术站技术作业综合管理系统,分析站调管理子系统、现车管理子系统、统计(分析)查询子系统、接口子系统和综合信息管理平台,实现技术站作业的综合管理,为车站调度(站调)、值班员、信号员、调车(区)长、调车员、调车司机、车站信号员、统计(分析)员、列检员提供工作信息的全面共享平台,促进多种作业岗位之间的高效协作,提高技术站作业效率和安全管理水平,为技术站大数据的建设奠定基础。
To meet the actual operation demand of railway technical station, as well as to improve the comprehensive automation level of railway technical station operations, a comprehensive management system for technical operation of railway technical station is designed, starting with the traditional operation mode of the current technical station, aiming at realizing security control and comprehensive management of technical operation. This paper analyzes the subsystems of station dispatching management, fleet management, statistics(analysis) enquiry, interfaces and the comprehensive information management platform. The system realizes the comprehensive management of technical station operations, and provides a full sharing platform of working information for railway station dispatcher, station attendant, station signalman, yardmaster, shunting clerk, shunting driver, car checker, statistics and inspector. It also promotes the efficient cooperation among various technical jobs, improves the efficiency and security management of technical station, lays the foundation for the subsequent construction of big data in technical station.
