摘要 针对12 kV高压开关柜受潮凝露现象会导致其内部电气设备发生严重故障这一问题,文中对其受潮凝露防治技术进行了探讨,并设计了研究方案。首先,从开关柜受潮凝露发生的机理出发,总结了目前3种主要的开关柜受潮凝露防治方法,包括加热除湿法、冷凝除湿法和干燥空气除湿法,并对它们的优缺点进行了简要分析。其次,基于其中性能最优的干燥空气除湿原理,对开关柜受潮凝露防治技术进行了研究,包括对干燥气源技术的研究及其装置方案的设计,以及柜内空气强制流动技术的研究。然后,对基于干燥空气除湿技术的开关柜受潮凝露防治监测和控制系统进行了方案设计。最后,给出了开关柜受潮凝露现象防治措施,并对其未来发展进行了展望,认为干燥空气除湿技术具有广阔的研究空间。该研究对开关柜受潮凝露现象防治研究具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。 Aimed at phenomena of damp and dew occur in 10 kV high-voltage switchgear,which will lead to serious failures to its internal electric equipment,this paper discusses the key technologies and designs the research scheme. First,starting from mechanism of occurrence of damping and dewing in switchgear,three major categories of damp-proofing and anti-dewing technologies applied currently are summarized,including the heating dehumidification technology,condensing dehumidification technology,and dry-air dehumidification technology. Moreover,their merits and demerits are briefly analyzed. Then,based on the principle of dry-air dehumidification,which has the best performance among the three major approaches,the technique of anti-damping and anti-dewing for switchgear is investigated thoroughly,including dry-air source technology research and the corresponding device scheme design,as well as research on the technology of compulsory flow of the air in switchgear. Next,the scheme of the dry-air dehumidification based switchgear monitoring and control system is design. Finally,preventive measures for damp and dew occurred in switchgear are presented. In addition,its future development is prospected,and it is deemed that the dry-air dehumidification technology has a wide research space. This paper can provide some reference value and guide significance for the prevention and control of damp and dew phenomena in the 10 kV high-voltage switchgears in distribution networks.
