地榆升白片在Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌术后化疗中对骨髓保护作用的研究

Function of Officinalis in Postoperative Adjuvant Chemotherapy of Non Small Cell Lung Caner at StageⅡ

目的：观察地榆生白片在Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌术后化疗中对骨髓的保护作用。方法：回顾90例Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌术后患者，以规律口服地榆升白片的为预防组，未口服的为对照组，观察两组化疗完成时间，骨髓抑制程度及重组人粒细胞刺激因子用量。结果：预防组4周期化疗的平均时间为（100．0±0．59）d，对照组平均时间为（118．3±1．39）d，差畀有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。重组人粒细胞刺激因子的用量预防组平均（3．04±0．15）支，对照组平均（6．03±0．29）支，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在第3周期化疗中，预防组中发生Ⅱ度以上骨髓抑制发生率为61．3％，对照组为82．1％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在第4周期化疗中，预防组中发生Ⅱ度以上骨髓抑制发生率为74．1％，对照组为92．8％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：地榆生白片能够缩短Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌患者术后4周期化疗的完成时间，减少重组人粒细胞刺激因子用量，降低Ⅱ度以上骨髓抑制的发生率，在Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌患者术后化疗中起到了重要的骨髓保护作用，降低化疗风险，进而提高患者的生存期。

Objective ： To investigate the protective effect of officinalis on chemotherapy - induced leukopenia in postop- erative lung cancer patients at stage 1]. Method ： Ninety cases of postoperative lung cancer patients at stage Ⅱ were divid- ed into two groups. The patients who took officinalis regularly were in the prevention group. The others were in the control group. Results ： the average time of the 4 cycle chemotherapy in the prevention group was （ 100 ±0.59 ） days, and the average time in the control group was （ 118.3 ±1.39） days, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The average dosage of Recombinant Hmnan Granulocyte Colony - stimulating Factor in the prevention group was （3.04 ±0. 15）, and the control group averaged （6.03 ± 0.29）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the third cycle chemotherapy, the incidence of myelosuppression in the prevention group was more than 61.3% , and the con- trol group was 82.1%. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the fourth cycle chemotherapy, the in- cidence of myelosuppression in the prevention group was more than 74. l% , and the control group was 92.8%. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The postoperative lung cancer patients at stage Ⅱ who had officinalis regularly would take less time to complete 4 chemotherapies and less recombinant human granulocyte stimulus factors, and reduce the incidence of level Ⅱ or more severe medullary inhibition.
