三仙保宫汤联合顺铂、紫杉醇化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Sanxian Baogong Decoction Combined with Cisplatin and Paclitaxel in Treatment of Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的：探究分析三仙保宫汤与顺铂及紫杉醇化疗联合治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法：选取62例确诊为中晚期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象，并将其随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组31例，采用顺铂、紫杉醇化疗治疗；观察组31例，在对照组的基础上采用三仙保宫汤联合治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组患者肿瘤组织中Bcl一2及Bax的蛋白表达明显较对照组优（P〈0．05），观察组癌痛VAS评分显著低于对照组，且P〈0．05，两组数据存在统计学差异；两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：联合运用三仙保宫汤与顺铂、紫杉醇化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌，临床疗效确切，可有效抑制患者宫颈癌细胞的生长，减轻患者癌痛且不会增加患者不良反应，值得临床应用推广。

Objective ： To explore the clinical effect of Sanxian Baogong Decoction combined with cisplatin and paclitax- el in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Method：A total of 62 patients diagnosed as advanced cervical cancer were divided into observation group and control group. In the control group, 31 cases were treated with cisplatin and paclitax- el. In the observation group, 31 cases were treated with Sanxian Baogong Decoction on the basis of control group. We ob- served the therapeutic effect of two groups. Result ： The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group（P 〈0.05 ）. The protein expressions of bcl- 2 and Bax in the tumor tissues of the observa- tion group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The VAS score of cancer pain was signifi- cantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group. And there was a statistical difference between the two groups,P 〈 0.05. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusive ： Sanxian Baogong Decoction combined with cisplatiu and paclitaxel chemotherapy treatment has exact clinical curative effect for locally advanced cervical cancer, which can effectively restrain the growth of cervical cancer cells, relieve patients＇ pain and does not increase adverse reactions, worthy of clinical promotion.
