苓泽合剂对大鼠急性痛风性关节炎PGE2表达影响的研究

Effect of Complex Prescription Lingze Mixture on Expression of PGE2 of Acute Gouty Arthriits in Rats

目的：观察苓泽合剂对尿酸钠（MSU）诱导的大鼠痛风性关节炎的止痛作用，并探讨其作用机制。方法：用MSU诱导大鼠痛风性关节炎，测定血清中前列腺素（PGE2）的含量。结果：苓泽合剂可以明显降低血清中的PGE2含量。结论：苓泽合剂治疗痛风性关节炎与降低血清中的PGE2含量表达有关。

Objective：To explore the effects and mechanisms of Lingze Mixture on gouty arthirtis induced by MSU in rats. Method：Acute gouty arthirtis model of rats was induced by MSU suspension intraarticular injection. The level of PGE2 was detemrined in the blood. Result： Lingze Mixture can significantly reduce flammation in the PGE2 levels in the blood. Conclusion ： Lingze Mixture＇ s anti - inflammation and analgesia mechanism is related to decreasing the levels of PGE2 in the blood.
